Great overall book on robot design. My favourite part is the section on robot anatomy, which shows exactly which gears and pistons need to go where in order to have realistic androids.

It's not limited to drawing robots, but ImagineFX is a great sci-fi art magazine, and there's usually *something* on robots inside, even if it's just some examples of another artist's work. Past issues have included articles on designing sci-fi or steampunk equipment, drawing battle-worn mecha armour, and rendering such materials as glass and rusty metal.
