This Generation 1 reissue was built with both metal and plastic parts just like the original!
Sticker sheet is included along with a pair of rocket launchers, 4 spare missiles, 3 pairs of various wings and 2 fists.
Although this is a toy and Hasbro suggests an age of 5 and up, it is designed more for the serious G1 collector and comes mounted inside a stylish book-like box covered with detailed artwork. It also has a velcro cover which opens to display the figure in vehicle form, along with all parts, behind a clear pane of plastic to protect everything from dust.
This item was produced in 2002 but is still in mint condition and factory sealed.

This is basically a reissue of a classic Transformer, from an era when they made them big and detailed. The G1 Skywarp will never be mistaken for one of those puny, el cheapo Transformer knockoffs. It's high quality and collectible, with superb details and sturdy construction. Even old people (such as this reviewer) who aren't exactly big Transformer fans can't help but marvel at the ingenious design that allows a jet plane to become, with the right sequence of folds and flips, a ferocious towering robot. And if you can't figure out exactly how to achieve the transformation, you're not alone. But don't worry--just ask the nearest 8-year-old for help. Includes weapons and accessories. The 4-inch jet folds out to about 6 inches. --David Stoesz
